Everything. Management was HORRIBLE. They micromanaged everything, everything was about numbers (money). they didn't care about patients. Management never acknowledged the team, never even heard a good morning! Asked for suggestions and when given then didn't even acknowledge or anything. They didn't allow people to talk, always wanting more, never heard a thank you or anything positive. (Specially from new management). The regional managers were all related and they were all so selfish. Yes I did spend about 10 years there but the last 2 yrs went from bad to worse. They pick on certain employees and make their life miserable.

Just about everything with this place is a Con. Worked for this company for over 8+ yrs and have had a raise twice (due to the fact they have a " raise freeze" according to management). The company expects you to be a robot. Employees are overworked and underpaid (unless you're one of the favorites). They don't care about their employees or patients. Also there are tons of HIPPA laws being violated and this is something that is know by management. The company treats all their patients like numbers and those numbers have to be met by the end of the week for the conference call with the corporate office.
