Pros

You’ll get your hours and benefits. Possible cross-training in other modalities POSSIBLE.

Cons

Under qualified managers, you’ll be underpaid for the amount of work you do, you’ll be sugar coated with the job description just to find out it’s a lie, you’ll have to constantly apologize to patients for mistakes that management makes, and you’ll be be expected to work faster than 5 minutes per exam for double booked appointments and walk-ins.

Pros

I don’t recommend working here. It’s a horrible environment, they don’t give appropriate training they just throw you to the front and expect you to do a lot of things and to be courteous to everyone but they don’t treat you right, manager is always begging behind you and always giving bad feedback but never listen to yours doesn’t even care how you’re doing. Worst company I’ve ever worked for and you can tell with all the bad reviews in every website .

Cons

Everything: low pay, bad environment, stressful, overwhelming.

Pros

401k Health insurance HSA Various other benefits Good stepping stone if you're straight out of school

Cons

TOXIC work culture. Managers lack guidance on how to run a business properly. Leadership is a joke. Only a stepping stone, not a place you will stay for long.

Pros

other employees are nice and managers are personable

Cons

work schedule is bad (have to work weekends) and it is a bit disorganized at time to time. They started hiring a bunch of people in the last few weeks and it shows that they are choosing quantity over quality.

Pros

Great company to get training.

Cons

-Accepting patients that have active Covid-19 and did not do thorough job of screening. -Tried to make me into a supervisor, but not want to call me a supervisor. Instead wanted to call me "The Last Resort." -No increases. - I was the only employee with 2 titles and only got paid for 1 title. - Worked with 4 managers in 4 years. - 3 out of 4 managers never managed in their lives. - etc, etc, etc.

Pros

Nothing if I could give this place a zero I would

Cons

Place is completely mismanaged. The managers supervise the office from home 2-3 days a week. The will underpay and over work you. They do not care about patient care or employee’s health. It’s all about the numbers and making the most money they will stretch you thin and over work you. This place is understaffed and they do not care about their employees. Management play favorites and don’t expect growth or advancement here. Will laugh at you and put you down if you ask for a raise. Will guilt you and give you a hard time to use your PTO. Terrible benefits. They will lie to you and sell you the world to get you into the door then see how far the can get out of you. No Incentives to work for this mismanagement chaos do yourself a favor.
