Pros

I have a great schedule. I love my co-workers.

Cons

Company is only worried about numbers not patients and cares less about their employees. Work load is crazy busy with schedules packed too tight. The company will be adding even more patients to some modalities schedules soon I’ve been told. Pay is too low for the amount of work. Short staffed -wonder why??

Pros

They will cross train you (if it is convenient for them) As long as patients are done you can do whatever you want Takes a lot to get fired You get a lot of experience Coworkers are great (usually)

Cons

They will over work you since everywhere is so short staffed because everyone is quitting because they are cheap Very low pay for the amount of work you do No break if there are too many patients They expect you to travel to cover other locations without more pay Barely any training, they throw you in before you even are ready, and then have you train new hires (was working for 1 month and was already training new people)
