Pros
The worse place I have ever worked at. Management control how schedule should be delegated. Mammogram exams are scheduled every 10 minutes no matter if it's a diagnostic exam. you are expected to perform all QC test with only an hour given per week and no OT allowed. They do not appreciate good hard working employees and only come to you when you are being reprimanded. Never a positive work about how good of an employee you are. Very negative atmosphere and definitely overworked.
Cons
Management runs the center like a retail store instead of an imaging center, all she cares about is her productivity and has no respect or consideration for the technologist. Very rude by nature and unprofessional in my opinion.
