little support in call center if you don't hunt someone down to ask a question no flexibility for health issues or family situations Limited options for advancement

Unorganized but decent

Sitting all day, scripts are easy to memorize

Cons

The KPI’s and bring micromanaged if you go over 1 minute of your lunch break, the nonnegotiable pay ($18), unorganized since “the merge”
