- had a supervisors (VP Client Strategy) who was micro managing the team and would constantly message and call me on teams without prior notice. (Even when I went the restroom and when she doesn’t get a response, she keeps calling every 2 minutes until she heard back. Boss has no respect and boundaries - coworkers feel burnt out and unmotivated - Requested a month in advance to take my birthday off and was denied - She leaves work at 2pm and doesn’t come back - promotions are based on favoritism - very toxic environment. Everyone that I came across talks crap about each other. Way too much gossip around the office - egotistical entry level employees who kept talking back when given a task - worked throughout lunch time. They expect you be online 24/7. Working late with no overtime. You’re always expected to reply to clients emails after hours - there are over 30 VPs and Directors in the company who were unqualified for this title let alone manage a team. Some had ZERO experience and knowledge in the industry - constant feeling of exclusion from other employees - management think of you as expendable and doesn’t care about you. I’ve seen multiple people get laid off for no reason between 3-6 months - some reviews on Glassdoor may be fake because they rebranded in 2021. How did they get 500 reviews already? - Genuinely had a horrible time working here and do NOT recommend this for ANYONE. - Zero work-life balance, constant feeling of being burnt out
