Pros

I have loved working at AIA for the last 2 years - great office with great people. I got to work on a variety of global clients and have been lucky enough to work on some creative and award winning projects. Starting off as an Account Executive and being promoted twice within 2 years, hard work if recognised and does pay off.

Cons

Hours can be long - especially through the summer.

Pros

"I love Monday's" would be a bit strong - but I have worked for many agencies both product and recruitment. Which do mostly fall into either the bracket of stuck in the 80's or run by accountants and obsessed with money. This agency is the closest I think possible to getting it all right. Thats a big claim I know but a team of really great people (who actually know what they are doing - rather than just posting on LinkedIn how clever they are), most of the best clients in the industry and offices from an American RomCom fantasy about how cool their job is. It is a great mix, I didn't want to come here. I wanted to stay where I was as I was happy and well paid. Somehow they talked me into it, I'm now a year overdue waiting for that itch to come along where I get bored and want to move on.

Cons

This isn't a place to go and die. There is no hiding here, if you talk a good game but have nothing behind you - you will not enjoy it here. We also don't promote people for no reason. There are loads of promotions, but there are also people that haven't moved for a long while. Read in to that what you will. This is a job for those that WANT to do this and want to ENJOY the WORK.
