      - Unique in what we do - leverage technology to sell companies to candidates, not products to people - Large, global, diverse client base - 'Ad Agency feel' - casual/fun environment - Ability to learn technology by doing - Constantly changing - Awesome creative and deliverables

      - Constantly changing can be difficult sometimes - A lot to learn; onboarding takes time - Sometimes tight project deadlines seem unreasonable

      There are many pros for working at TMP. TMP employs smart hardworking people who are a pleasure to work with TMP is a leader in the recruitment marketing space. We are a team with subject matter experts in each necessary function. For a company to have a blend of leading edge solutions, products and services combined with phenomenal internal and external customer service makes TMP a top notch company to work for. We have a robust road map. Highly motivated team of professionals in all areas of the company. TMP trains employees thoroughly and keeps us informed of all the new developments in the industry and at the company. We have an "All Employee/Mgmt Call" once per month where we are all kept informed. Strong Corporate Communications. We have good sales and marketing tools we need to be successful. Bottom line we produce recruiting results for our clients and we have success stories to share. TMP has also recently implemented Career Pathing plans for employees.

      Cons

      It takes about 6 months for a new employee to understand our products, solutions, TMP infrastructure, etc., in order to navigate and be productive.

      Pros

      Great leadership, i have learned so much working at TMP. Educational aspect of position on the rise Impressive Clientele Good Culture Some flexibility for working from home, nice PTO package.

      Cons

      TMP still does not offer 401K matching - with the competitiveness in the talent market and their work to retain employees this is a major con. Compensation/Incentive programs are almost impossible to achieve unless you work on a single large account
