Pros

This company is built on innovation and being thought leaders. I love the collaboration and excitement of new ideas, new offerings, new products. You can build your own success. Flexible work/life balance -- deliver for your clients and no one will micro manage you. You're expected to do what it takes to get the work done and sometimes it means working all weekend to deliver for a Monday morning meeting. Other times it means you can plan your work so you can leave early to watch your daughter's dance recital.

Cons

Deadlines driven by client expectations; constant forecasting; high expectations. Different offices have different culture based on the person leading that office and their personality. Culture varies greatly from each office.

Pros

- Flexible, you can create your career here, this is a place for lifers - Pay Really well in the industry - because its a recruitement agency, its not as cut throat as other agencies

Cons

- Recruitment advertising is dying and thus no one know hows to make money or stay relevant - growing by buying other recruitment agencies, so it shows growth, but again the industry is dying - Basically TMP is a classfied advertsing agency. They help companies find talent. They make money by buying job boards like Monster and Careerbuilder for their client. Becuase its not really advertising, it can feel more like a service support role, basically negoiating contracts on the behalf of your clients than anything else. Plus there is little strategy and alof of status quo.
