      Pros

      Very young and friendly staff. Mostly laid back environment. Decent place to work for a short term. There is such high turnover that if you are halfway intelligent you can get a promotion which will look nice on paper and help you land a better job elsewhere.

      Cons

      Cheapest company I have ever been at. Terrible salary and benefits, which is why the company is a revolving door. 401k match is optional by the company and will result in about 1/2 percent if you are lucky, and even then you have a very long vesting period. Expect to be paid 25% below market. Make no effort to retain anyone, everyone is viewed as disposable. Other than senior management, no one stays at this company more than 2 years.

      Pros

      Top management welcomed me back as a boomerang employee. I returned to a supportive environment. Glad to find things like growth potential, stability, collaboration and friendly co-workers still applied. Excited to find they are a true leader in our field.

      Cons

      Compensation. No cost of living increases since I have come back.

      Pros

      TMP Worldwide is the perfect place if you are looking for a laid back environment with tremendous opportunities to learn and grow. The management team here is knowledgeable and supportive. They want you to succeed. They understand that you are the future of the company and love to promote from within. The company is steadily growing YOY.

      Cons

      Q4 can be a busy and stressful time. The PTO benefits are great but its difficult to find the time to even use it at the end of the year and it does not roll-over. Need to plan ahead.
