TMP is a great place to work, especially for someone right out of college
Pros
I have been working at TMP for two years and I love it. I started working here right after I graduated college and thanks to TMP, it was an easy transition for me. Everyone that works here is really nice and willing to help you learn. I'm not afraid to ask questions because everyone here is helpful in guiding you in the right direction. TMP is also a fun place to work. The CEO provides candy for the whole office and there is a leisure league that provides monthly events for the whole company to enjoy, like going to a minor league baseball game. TMP is a great place to work!
Cons
The only thing I would say is that there should be a better dress code. Some people dress professional and some people will wear sweats to work. I think everyone should have to dress professional. Presentation is everything and when we have clients come into the office we should make sure everyone looks presentable.
