Pros
life in the office was fun while I was there and since I'm still good friends with a lot of people there, I know they continue to live life like the 21st century equivalents of Don Draper and company.
Cons
despite working in recruitment advertising and talking all day about why you should work for a client because they offer great work-life balance, open communications, etc., TMP management is surprisingly tone deaf about actually valuing those ideals. HR is basically non-existent; I was only aware that someone held that title when they sent me an unfriendly letter explaining how they were cutting my hours in half. I could probably go on all day.
