Business Outlook
Pros
A great company to learn the ropes. I have developed in my role and as a person here, having gained exposure to a multitude of interesting and new projects and consider myself more employable as a result. I have a great team and work with some great people.
Cons
Salaries could be better. There are never enough hours in the day. Too many forms. A shared feeling among employees that throwing people into the deep end with no prior experience working on similar projects leads to inevitable disasters.
