Pros

Tons of hours during peaks and Lots of opportunity to advance. Granted, the opportunity to advance IS because everyone is leaving for anything better.

Cons

The company itself is horrible and only cares about the bottom line, their profit. A prime example is when the company choose to remain open as a major hurricane approaches and hit Florida. Pay is below average. Agent morale is poor. I have never worked at a call center where everyone was just miserable to be there and looking to get out. People will steel your lunch. Associates do drugs in the parking lot and that's ok! Managers play favorites and rewards employee of the month awards to their friends.

Pros

Loved most of the people, good benefits and perks

Cons

Grew too fast, then divested some businesses too fast. Former CEO Rubin took the most valuable business entities and left the rest behind for buyer Ebay. Culture of buyer Ebay didn't really mesh with this East coast-originated business. Many got laid off, and other just eventually left.
