Pros

Working at Radial is more than just a job, it is an experience. At Radial you become the first point of contact for customers who need help. Whether it's tracking a package, helping somebody purchase a new outfit, or providing technical support, you have the power to turn someones day from frustrating to magnificent in a matter of minuets. Unlike many companies, here at Radial, you're family. They recognize their employees for their hard work and dedication and make you feel valued, like you're truly part of something bigger. Offered to their employees are a full range of benefits including Paid Time Off, Full Medical, Dental, and Vision care, personal leave, etc. offering a fantastic work - life balance and the ability to be supported in the event of the unexpected. A spacious break room with TVs, video games, plenty of vending options, (coffee of course), a 24hr gym, and even a pool table that you can enjoy on your paid breaks twice a day or anytime you'd like off-clock. Since we are a 24/7 center, there are various shifts available and flexible work opportunities to fit your lifestyle and schedule. I absolutely LOVE working here at Radial, and you will too!

Cons

Only a couple close options for lunch, but they do provide refrigeration for your lunch if you bring it.

Pros

If the client you represent allows, you have the opportunity to work from home, but this is the only benefit.

Cons

Management does not treat employees very well. They do play favorites and if you are not a favorite, then you have to struggle to get anywhere. You also have a hard time advancing because of it. I gave the company two stars instead of one because of the work from home ability.

Pros

Good pay. Smart people. Did I mention good pay and smart people?

Cons

New owners are still sorting out what they want the company to be when it grows up.
