      Pros

      Radial is a great place to work that is passionate about their team! The team consistently has fun activities for all employees including an annual picnic at each site! The team is really focus on helping employees grow and develop for additional opportunities. Overall it is a great place to work!

      Work fom home is nice.

      Cons

      Supervisors and middle management are awful. the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing or saying. Communication skills for some are non existent...Will get completely different answers to the same question over and over again.
