Pros

The people working in mid management and below care about their job and coworkers. They're customer focused and work well together, promoting a great environment to work in. Great benefits, and a very flexible work environment. Employees are often allowed to work remotely on occasion as needed, and managers/team leads are great at trying to promote a better work-life balance for their employees whenever they can.

Cons

As a service provider to retailers, the Q4 activities around the office are hectic and stressful. A focus on key accounts and services often overshadowed getting to the root of an issue and seeking out a final resolution to a problem, leaving that problem to happen again in the future. Often, employees are asked to cover multiple job functions to make up for being short-staffed, contributing to stress of employees.

Pros

Ability to watch your agents learn and grow to their full potential.

Cons

Bad management, The higher up's should pay attention to the way bad managers treat good employees and should keep an eye on the blatant favoritism. I have seen a lot of really good people go because they dont fit in with the click of the bad managers and their followers.
