      Pros

      Good business strategy with many good employees. There has been a tremendous amount of change. GSI, Ebay Enterprise and now Radial. Very exciting and growing industry

      Cons

      Not all changes have been positive. Benefits have been lowered but are competitive. Many unproven leaders in key positions. Systems are not working well.

      I worked as summer intern at Radial. I got many opportunities to learn new technologies. People over there are very good and experienced.

      Cons

      Nothing much. As it is a new company management is working hard to make it a stable company
