Pros

Since becoming Radial after being sold by eBay Inc as part of the eBay Marketplace / PayPal split, Radial has transitioned into an exciting entrepreneurial focused organization. Employees are encouraged to be innovative and make changes that drive higher success for clients and the overall growth of the business. Employee satisfaction, development, retention of top talent has always been a key metric and this continues along with an ongoing commitment to support several nonprofit charitable organizations within the local communities in which they operate.

Cons

There are a lot of changes being made at Radial. New management, focus on new technology, new centers being opened. If you are someone looking for status quo the environment at Radial would not be a good fit.

Building a new brand

Pros

I've been at the company for several years and have experienced significant change. Radial is the result of the merger of two brands coming together to form one company. Two companies, two cultures, two leadership teams and lots of work to do. There's been good progress that has certainly come with some pain and it's easy to get frustrated with so much change. I believe patience and hard work will yield a great new brand.

Cons

No question there's been lots of change at this company. We've seen some great folks leave and have attracted other great folks as well. I'd like to see more work being done to develop what the new brand means down at the grass roots levels.
