The people I work with everyday are great! I appreciate how transparent the Senior Management Team is with all employees (FLYERS). It inspires us to work hard, smart, and stay committed. Individual goals are clearly defined and aligned with the company goals. This allows us to see how our work impacts the company goals and our individual work MATTERS! The benefits package is generous and Radio Flyer cares about giving back to the community with our SMILE SQUAD committee which coordinates volunteer days for FLYERS. FLYERS are given 2 paid days each year to volunteer for a charity of choice or to participate in a company sponsored SMILE DAY which is an awesome benefit.
