Pros

Radio Flyer is a great brand that has been around for 100 years. The products are innovative and the teams behind the work are genuine, creative individuals. Radio Flyer is very eco friendly and health conscious. This is seen through the layout and features of the building, as well as by the lunches and snacks that are catered or provided in the refrigerator. Everyone here is great at their job and friendly, and this is due to the fun atmosphere Radio Flyer provides as well as the benefits.

Cons

The only downside that I have is the commute. The metra train only stops by the near by station every other few times, so I don't have many options on what train I can take there or back. Luckily I'll have a car soon so this will no longer be an issue.

Pros

Strong, Fun Team - I love that the people I work with are not only fun to be around, but also dedicated and competent. Fast Pace, Important Work - It is impossible to get bored at Radio Flyer. It is an internationally recognized brand and a small company: everyone works on a lot of high-visibility and high-impact projects that move quickly. Continuing Education and Recognition - Radio Flyer is dedicated to employee growth. I am constantly learning new skills, sometimes in a classroom, online, on the job, or from coaching and mentorship. Promotions and/or recognition are frequent and appropriate for each employee's performance. Radio Flyer Brand - It is easy to head into work every day because I work for an iconic 100-year-old brand that is dedicated to making kids happy. The company's passion for quality in people, products, and design constantly motivates me.

Cons

The location is not great, but the recently renovated offices make it worth the trip once you arrive. Everyone at the company is dedicated and hard-working, so if you are hoping for a job where you can avoid work and breeze through the day, this is not the place for you.

Pros

I really enjoy all of the people I work with at Radio Flyer; there are no office politics or competition in the work. Everyone is working towards a common goal of creating awesome kids' products. Phenomenal collaboration from the team and it feels great to work somewhere where I am valued. Great brand, excellent co-workers, fun culture!

Cons

I wish the office was closer to my home, but this is minor for me compared to the experience I have had at RadioFlyer
