Pros

Great company to work for in Chicago. Great benefits and flex hours especially last two years with COVID-19. Also everyone in the company is ridiculously smart and kind. For this year 2022 the company is doing a good job transitioning everyone back into the office following CDC guidelines.

Cons

Even though the new hybrid schedule this year is great and is suppose to help with more in person collaboration. I think Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays should be optional and not be forced. Other than that everything else is great about Radio Flyer.

Radio Flyer offers great benefits. Hybrid work schedule, awesome medical/dental/vision, a workout center in the office, a variety of committees that host friendly competitions and events, and fulfilling work where every one makes an impact.

Cons

none, feedback is a part of our culture, so all concerns can be addressed quickly

Pros

There is always something new and interesting going on at the Radio Flyer HQ and that is why I love working here. I love coming into the office because everyone is sooo kind & welcoming. The work is also engaging and challenging but very rewarding. Radio Flyer does well at listening to your career passions and will help make them a reality as best they can. A genuinely amazing work environment and great company culture.

Cons

Headquartered in Elmwood Park, Radio Flyer is a bit outside of main Chicago and that can make it difficult to commute to. However, they do have a large gated parking lot for employees.
