      1-Year of Radio Flyer Fun!

      Pros

      The Radio Flyer team has been amazing with the return to office and listen to their employees every step of the way. I have been in office during most of the pandemic and it feels so great to see the rest of the team back with the hybrid schedule. I feel safe, appreciated, and understood. After one full year of working Full Time with Radio Flyer, I feel like I am experiencing new and interesting moments every day. I cant wait to see where 2022 takes us!

      Cons

      I dont have many cons for working at Radio Flyer! I previously mentioned the difficulty with most employees working from home. With this hybrid schedule, I am able to solve problems more quickly and build new relationships.

      Pros

      Highly committed and supportive coworkers Continuous Opportunities for Growth at all levels Very Transparent Leadership! Strong focus on Work-Life Balance and benefits to support with this Competitive Parental Leave and other great time off benefits BEAUTIFUL workspace

      Cons

      For those who only want to work fully remotely, Radio Flyer may not be the best match. The collaboration that happens in the office is a key piece of the incredible company culture; hybrid on-site work will likely continue for the foreseeable future.
