      Radio Flyer is an incredibly fun place to work. The company places a lot of emphasis on creating an inclusive environment with a collective focus on creating incredible products. The passionate and talented team at Radio Flyer are regularly dreaming up innovative new products and bringing them to life in record time. They are not afraid to fail. Products that don't succeed are recognized as learning opportunities and will often lead to even greater successes in the future.

      Cons

      Radio Flyer is a very small company, so someone looking for the ability to rotate to various cities in the U.S. or work in a variety of different departments over a short period, may not find what they are looking for at this company. The lack of public transportation options in the surrounding area of Radio Flyer's HQ can also be limiting for anyone who does not wish to drive to work.

      Radio Flyer Best Places To Work

      Pros

      Radio Flyer is fun place to work at and the best company I have worked for. I have worked here for 5 years and have enjoy coming to work every day. Radio Flyer has great career development opportunities. I worked in the warehouse department and now I work in the quality assurance department. I have a great work/life balance, my manager is very flexible with my working hours. Which is great since I still go to school part time. The senior management team makes sure employees have everything they need to be successful in the workplace. Radio Flyer is a great company to work for and they took immediate action to Covid19. They made sure most of their employees were able to work remotely.

      Cons

      I don't like when the company bring politics into the workplace. Sometime this can be a bit overwhelming. But, I do appreciate the company improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I do agree we need to talk about things that make us uncomfortable.
