      Pros

      The company prioritizes employee growth, creating an enjoyable workplace, and innovation. Pay is relatively competitive for a small company. People who work here are dedicated, intelligent, and make work fun.

      Cons

      Work load is uneven across departments, resulting in a work life imbalance for high achievers. In some departments there is an undercurrent of unproductive competition resulting in employees feeling like they need to stay late or come in early to accommodate and show face in the office. Being in the office 10 hours seems to be a priority over actual work completed. Flex hours exist but sometimes at the expense of some career advancement down the road.

      Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      Radio Flyer has a great office in Chicago. There is a ton of natural light and the official is decorated beautifully. The culture is unmatchable and all employees are treated very fairly! If you drive to work, parking is amazing. Radio Flyer also has great food programs, which is amazing as well.

      Cons

      If you are someone who takes the metra as transportation, planning your commute can be a bit tricky. The metra only stops at the nearby station every few hours.

      Radio Flyer is a great place to work! The people and culture are like no other. It's like a family. It is a fun environment that fosters learning and growth. I know my contributions and efforts make a difference and are really adding value to the company. I'm proud and lucky to work at Radio Flyer!
