      Pros

      Management goes out of their way to ensure I have everything I need to be creative and produce new concepts and ideas through prototypes, sketches, renderings, research, etc. The people they hire here are always very friendly and great to work with. It's the best of both worlds with a very strong brand and financial means of a hundred year old company that has also remained relatively small in number so it has the feel and benefits of a startup.

      Cons

      My greatest con is not the company itself but the location in Chicago. It's great for new graduates and young people, but if you're raising a family expect a hefty commute. That goes for any major city though.

      Pros

      The people at Radio Flyer are a dream to work with and genuinely care for each other. Everyone is encouraged to ask questions and give feedback for process improvements. There is a good amount of recognition for hard work. There is also an exciting energy to the environment that helps boost your spirit when the workload gets really heavy as the holidays approach.

      Cons

      As other reviews state the location is not ideal. At times it feels that there is a work/life imbalance.
