Thank you for the review and for being a part of our growth in the last 3 years! It has definitely been an adventure. As you know, our growth is exciting, fast paced and often requires a lot of hard work. At times teams may feel understaffed and we always do our best to address that but the only way we truly can is if you communicate openly with your manager. Management is encouraged to promote from within when the opportunity arises and feel they have a teammate ready for the promotion. Being part of a growing organization also means there is a lot of opportunity for movement within so I would encourage you to look at all of the open positions we have on our website to see if any interest you. We are always open to feedback and would love to partner with you in the areas you have identified for improvement. Thank you for taking the time to review. On-boarding has been identified as one of the areas we need to work on and HR is currently putting a training plan together to help Managers on-board and train new employees in a more systematic way. With that said, the workload can be demanding and we do believe that employees who are proactive and motivated are successful and at the end of the day are fulfilled. Some roles do require more travel than others, but we are transparent about the travel expectations. Thank you again for reviewing - we take reviews seriously and appreciate your feedback!
