Pros

Easy commute and lots of parties, dinners, events, conferences to attend at paid expense.

Cons

Literally no accountability. A handful people in the company with good connections to the C-level upper management make it a misery to work here. It has been eating up the culture in company.

The people here are exceptionally smart. It's a very friendly group that hangs out a lot together. They are also smart and focused. As a company, RadiumOne hits its numbers and is very efficient. Impressed.

Cons

The company is not as well known as others in the ad tech space.
