      Pros

      Radius was an exciting place to work and grow. The people and company supported my wife and I during life transitions as best as they could. Both my wife (also a mech E) I worked on and off for Radius as contractors and full-time employees and were happy with the experiences.

      Cons

      Management sometimes powerless at hands of corporate overlords and client whims. I can't believe there's a 20 word minimum.

      Pros

      Small tight organization that is motivated by performance and WOWING the client. Projects are always changing so there is always something new going on. More rapid career development exposure than at a typical company. Team has their heart in the game - its not just a job. Clients count on our expertise to be successful.

      Cons

      Small organization with limited management bandwidth and limited support services. Client engagement process is stressful with limited management support. IT and TP (toilet paper) are unreliable. Need to cover the gaps yourself. General lack of respect for employees.

      Thank you for the feedback! We know that IT has been challenging and as a result just hired an IT lead who will be starting at the end of the month (July 2015). I'll make sure our new Office Manager is aware of the TP issue :-)

      Pros

      Radius has a fantastic culture, with a very passionate team. Working here is a lot of fun, and the projects are exciting and challenging. There is a ton of opportunity if you know what you want, and aren't afraid to try

      Cons

      The travel policy isn't great for a consultancy
