Great opportunities and fun (sometimes daunting) challenges!

Pros

The work is fast-paced, fun, stimulating, challenging, and rewording. The team is passionate, talented, encouraging, dedicated, and has a great sense of humor. There is a culture of support and sincere drive to help clients achieve their goals. Culture is viewed as core, business outlook is strong, and office design is inspiring.

Cons

Not a good place for people who want clear parameters all the time, who wait for instructions, or who can't successfully grapple with seemingly mutually-exclusive requirements. The work can be grinding and stressful at times, and rising above it requires either immense intrinsic drive, ability to draw energy from the team around you, or a capacity for storing-up satisfaction during the highs to sustain you through the lows.

Pretends to be in Boston

Pros

The senior and junior level designers, engineers and human factor specialists are all really nice and easy to get along with with

Cons

They insist that they are in the Boston "Metro Area" and that is a lie. Far away from the city in a tiny town. The upper management is not very open minded and the place is full of white guys in polo t shirts.

It is true we are not located in Boston, but that doesn't stop us from servicing in that area. It is also nice to commute against traffic instead of having our employees spend their valuable time sitting in it. Our team is made up of diverse individuals that help shape Radius into the great company that it is. We are an equal employment opportunity organization and welcome diversity.
