Raftelis also provides employees’ a Health Savings Account match, and generous 401(k) contributions. An employee’s total compensation is important to Raftelis. Regarding your comment on compensation, we appreciate your honesty. While we strive to offer competitive pay aligned with industry standards and regional benchmarks, we understand that perceptions of compensation can vary, especially in regions like the West Coast, where market conditions are unique.
