It sounds like you’ve experienced some changes in your work lately. We know change has been a constant over the last few years for employees and employers everywhere, and I’m sorry you are feeling disengaged. Our culture is important to us—so important that we check in on how our employees feel and how engaged they are using the Great Place to Work Survey. This is the same survey used to produce the annual FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list for more than 20 years. We’re proud that we achieved another certification from this survey this year, and 90% of our employees participated. Our results did show some areas for improvement, and we’re working on that now.
