      Pros

      -Flexible time off and optional hybrid work -Company culture is great at engaging employees through happy hours, etc -Managers value your growth opportunities and encourage you to seek more

      Cons

      -Pretty strict on being in the office at least three days -Not so many growth opportunities in certain practice areas, can be a little hazy on promotion levels

      Pros

      The work is interesting and the entry level pay is pretty solid. The people are nice and the hours are standard 40 hour weeks

      Haven’t had any complaints so far

      Pros

      If you like consulting, like making a difference in communities, and are looking for a company that values its employees, then I wouldn't hesitate joining this firm.

      Cons

      Small spread out offices. Less flexible on remote work than some firms but I view that as a short term trend anyway. Compensation is not in line with firms that consult primarily for private companies, but then again the hours are not as bad either for junior employees.
