Great company culture, the work directly impacts local communities, and there is support for continuing education.

Cons

Downsides to consulting are that some weeks are busier and others are lighter (but these challenges aren't specific to Raftelis)

Outdated tech and processes Needs a lot of modernization Sometimes there's a lack of communication The literal job title kinda sucks

Pros

Raftelis hangs their hat on employee development and having an all-inclusive culture. Everyone is supportive of each other and are passionate about their work. Also, the benefits are great.

Cons

Like any consulting position, work can be demanding here and there.
