      Active DEI and social justice groups, interesting projects, great benefits and bonuses, amazing focus on employee professional development, and very intelligent and friendly consultants.

      Pros

      Culture - very humanistic for consulting, treats you like a person with work/life balance, strong diversity/equity/inclusion efforts, very progressive culture. Excellent human resources.

      Cons

      Minor frustrations as firm grows and expands and merges in new groups. This is to be expected. High expectations for hard work and hours but also to be expected in consulting; we do what's necessary to meet client deadlines and expectations.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, bonus, good benefits. Significant focus on company culture, diversity/inclusion, and employee development. Company-wide annual retreat. Individual performance is recognized and rewarded. CEO is very transparent in sharing information with all staff.

      No cons specific to Raftelis. Do some research on management consulting careers to get an idea of what to expect.

      Yes! We will continue to focus on long-term growth. I know Peiffer Brandt, CEO is looking forward to sharing an update of the upcoming Strategic Planning Session with all staff in the next quarterly State of the Practice.
