      Pros

      The company has a good family culture that helps balance the sometimes demanding work. Employees across the country and of all experience levels and roles regularly collaborate which provides many opportunities to experience new challenges.

      Cons

      Like many consulting professions, work can be especially demanding at times.

      Management cares about you as an individual You are rewarded for your efforts when you go above and beyond Working with industry leaders They give you responsibility to take ownership of your deliverables Great benefits package including unlimited PTO You are doing valuable work for the community

      Cons

      Would be helpful to have a more robust training program Work/life balance is sometimes tough to maintain but at least you are compensated appropriately when you do have to work extra

      Raftelis employs highly knowledgeable people and allows you to work creatively. There is great opportunity for growth if you have a knack for consulting, management places a large focus on empowering employees.

      Cons

      Not too many. If you work hard you can get noticed and advance quickly. If you prefer more work/life balance you can do well but will not advance at the same rate. Overall, great company where you can largely control your own success.
