Raftelis is a small company with a very large presence in the industry and a high growth trajectory. The employees are highly skilled, knowledgeable,and extremely motivated, and the company values delivering sustainable financial solutions to its clients while maintaining profits and company culture. Employees are well compensated and appreciated in ways that are not often seen anymore. Other offices are welcoming and sociable.

Cons

The work-life balance isn't great among many in this company, but that is something many choose tot take on and isn't a requirement.

Intelligent and caring staff who expect what they put into every project, perfection! Truly appreciated in a World where this is seldom seen.

Cons

Sadly, Tech Writers are usually only for short periods of time. Salesmen/women and Engineers do really flourish here, however; and the customers are always pleased.

Cons

Many satellite offices and have to be engaged and on top of company happenings to be in sync with main Charlotte office.
