Pros
Really great teamwork environment, and supportive group. Even if you're struggling with a difficult task, you can always ask for help. Everyone has a really positive, can-do attitude, even when they're juggling lots of projects. The work is challenging but very intellectually stimulating, as projects are tailor-made for clients, and each client is unique.
Cons
The only major downside (and this applies to consulting in general) is that it can be hard to predict exactly how much work you will have in the coming weeks, as clients can sometimes change requirements, and sometimes tasks take longer than anticipated. Basically, you have to be okay with variable workflow. Overall, however, it's very manageable if you figure out how you manage your time best.
