Raftelis aims to provide competitive pay and benefits that reflect the skills and expertise of our team while balancing other factors that contribute to our ability to maintain a sustainable business. That said, we recognize there’s always room for improvement. Most recently, we have engaged with a compensation consultant, developed a new compensation philosophy, developed an additional career track for consultants, reviewed market data specifically for our data services team, and adjusted salaries effective the first of January.
