      As a growing company, RailPros is still refining some internal processes, which can occasionally lead to shifting priorities or communication gaps between departments.       I have flexibility on my work schedule allowing a better quality of work/life balance. The leadership value training and learning, supporting knowledge management and standardization. As a growing company, there is expanding opportunity for career growth and movement.

      Cons

      Depending on the department you work in, there is lack of support and a lack of being valued. Working in multiple departs, one can see the contrast of leadership.
