      RailPros has been so good to me since day 1. I started out as a specialist and worked my way to manager in less than 3 years. They have shown their commitment to being people driven, transparent, and supportive every step of the way. I’ve grown not just professionally, but personally, thanks to the mentorship, trust, and collaborative culture here. RailPros truly lives up to its values, and I’m proud to be part of a team that puts people first.

      Not necessarily a con, but something to keep in mind: RailPros is growing rapidly and with growth comes the inevitable growing pains. It’s important to be adaptable and ready to evolve alongside the company. If you ever feel stagnant in your role, ask yourself, are you truly growing?       The entire experience from the initial phone interview all the way through the hiring process and training have far exceeded my expectations. This group of people that make RailPros who they are is truly special. Ken Koff took time out of his busy schedule to host 2 different new hire calls to fit into the employee's schedules to ensure each and every one of us had an opportunity to feel seen and heard. My team is one of the most supportive, transparent, and openly welcome teams I have worked with. I'm still new and learning the ropes, but am still heard and my opinion is valued.

      Pros

      -Income -High potential for Prevailing Wage jobs especially in CA -Time away is double edged. You can get time off pretty much when you want but who is going to turn down a bunch of money.
