Pros

Paycheck, ok benefits, comical, easy

Cons

Where do I start. Before reading, I assure you this is not a disgruntled post. Just want you to know what you’re getting. Toxic environment. Promotions before pay raises Pay raises based on your network CEO is not sincere, Pretends to show he is caring with fake town halls, but really is just after his bonus. Executive team is not effective. They are good at identifying problems, not good at solving them Not in compliance with the minimum requirements of RWP Drug and alcohol testing not consistent. Non competes, although illegal, are embedded in employment contracts. From an Engineers perspective, you are expected to sell, sell, sell. Why did I go to school to get an engineering degree only to be a used car salesman. I work for inexperienced people who go to conferences full time. You have choices, you’ve been warned.
