Management is mean and too aggressive all the time

At Atlanta (Decatur, GA) location, the management is too rude to the employees for no reason. They almost act like you owe them something for working there. Very few people can last more than couple of months working for them. I should also mention that the project manager for this project is related to the owner and that is how he gets away with those types of behaviors.
