Pros

Salary and benefits are fairly good.

Cons

Very disorganized and not much room for growth. Employees will work against each other to screw up a project so that they have continued job security, which puts budgets in the red all the time. Lots of secret layoffs and bailouts from corporate to keep operations afloat.

Pros

There were many opportunities for overtime, however I do not see many other pro's in working for this company

Cons

Horrible hours, low pay, rude management, I felt like they were not being honest about the job during the interview process
