Pros

Making the work place safer. Keeping alot of work. More New Construction jobs that pay top scale

Cons

Slower work pace. When I began my career at railworks I had my own pace which is keep up if you can. Now with all the safety rules and regulations, there is alot of standing around when prep work can always be done. Just depends where the job is.
