High hopes that fell flat

Pros

I was very excited to be challenged and be a part of such a large corporation. I was given opportunities to prove that I had what it takes to do my supervisor's job.

Cons

You don't get verbally recognized for a job well done or monetarily for that matter. It is more the norm than the exception to work your 40 hours plus nights, plus weekends, plus holidays, and while on vacation to still not receive so much as a "Thank you" or a "Great job".

Pros

Good company that paid for all expenses, even transportation to jobs

Cons

Some employees were obviously using alcohol or some type of substance and would they would create problems thus making it unsafe for others that were around these people
