Long hours without being compensated. Management has unrealistic expectations of employees.

The company promotes from within and invests in their employees. Will provide any additional training employee requests to better their career. Many different departments to expand your career.

Cons

No schedule for raises if employee stays in the same position.

Pros

Good commute, decent benefits, option to work from home in inclement weather.

Cons

VERY poor management. Verbally abusive. Doesn't matter if you can do the work, they play favorites. Very shady. Complaints about the Manager are ignored.
