Pros

Work from home. Opportunity to earn good commission. Gain lots of travel knowledge.

Cons

Unrealistic sales targets if you work only your paid hours. The top sales performers often work until late at night and on weekends in order to hit their targets. No real time support from managers which is especially important for new staff members as they are still learning. Poor culture which is exacerbated from the ridiculous targets. Camaraderie is non existent likely due to the fact that you do not get much time to really get to know your colleagues as it is a remote job with no dedicated team catch up time. Base pay is extremely low and they will lure you in with the promise of making lots of money from commission and bonuses, however this is only really attainable in a couple busy months of the year or if you work well above your paid hours. They do not care much about their staff which can be seen from the high turnover rates caused by a combination of people quitting and being let go.

Pros

I’ve been with Railbookers Group for three years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the culture, the people, and the opportunities I’ve had to grow. I started as an Account Executive and worked my way up to Manager, and throughout that journey, I’ve always felt supported and challenged in the best way. What really stands out is the company’s customer-first mentality and how leadership—especially our CEO—makes decisions with both the customer and employees in mind. The offsite meetings, global annual summit, and familiarization trips to top destinations make the experience even more rewarding. I’m excited to continue growing my career in management with Railbookers and to see what’s next!

Cons

No cons- just continue to invest in the employees and continue to provide opportunities for individuals to move up within the company.
