Working from home Base plus Bonus family based environment

Cons

you do have to work some weekends, but usually only once or twice a month, not too bad at all

Work from home is the only thing I can say.

Cons

Unrealistic targets to hit, management is non existent. Zero support only focused on hitting targets, when they give you a system to work with that don’t work.

Work from home. No cold calls. Supportive managers. If you put the work in, you will see results. There is no shortcut to success here.

Cons

Communication can be lacking between departments at times.
