I have been working at Railbookers Group for about a year and a half and I thoroughly enjoy my experience here. I have felt like a valued team member from day one since my suggestions have always been given serious consideration. The Accounting staff has been great and supporting of one another and that creates a great environment even though we are working remotely from various locations in the US. We are periodically encouraged to keep a healthy work/personal balance. We are made aware of various opportunities for advancement. Definitely a company to join.

It takes a little time to adjust to a remote environment.

Ability to learn multiple operations of the company, no cap on how much you can earn, fully remote , best company gifts ever, you are acknowledged on a company level if you work hard,great atmosphere

Cons

There is a lot to learn so you can fall behind , call center type position, it’s remote so if you can’t manage you time thing because very hard.
